Returns Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.platinumdot.com.

We aim for the highest quality of service. However, in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund on undamaged and unused item(s). You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return.

Products can only be returned if there is a defect with the product from the manufacturer and the item(s) is/are unopened. Item(s) must be in the same original packaging and condition with the included tags/ labels in which you received it.

Please note that the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We will only refund the value of the item(s) purchased and not the original delivery charge.

After we receive your item(s), our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Also note that Gift Cards are non-refundable.

To request a refund, please email info@platinumdot.com and state your reason for requesting a refund. We will confirm the return address by email.
